The pure Sauvignon Blanc grapes are softly pressed and fermented in temperature-controlled steel tanks. The refinement takes place on the fine lees in steel and concrete tanks for 6 months.
Pale straw yellow in colour, the nose reveals a bouquet of aromas of pepper and tomato leaf, with mineral notes. The sip is fresh, with a fairly persistent finish.
Excellent with asparagus, omelettes, fried fish and vegetables and shellfish.
