Pinot Grigio Vendrame Vignis del Doge is a typical white wine from Friuli Venezia Giulia, characterized by a bouquet of citrus fruits and pineapple with subtle nuances of flint and minerals. This artisanal Pinot Grigio is produced with passion by local winemakers, respecting ancient winemaking traditions.

The Pinot Grigio vineyards of Vendrame Vignis del Doge were planted for the first time in Passariano in the early 1900s. The current plants, about 10 years old, are the result of the work of the winemaker brothers who manage the company. The cultivation method applied is Double Guyot, with a density of approximately 4,700 vines per hectare and a yield of 85 q/ha.

Perfect to pair with grilled chicken breast, delicate fish and pasta with tomato and fresh basil, the Vendrame Vignis del Doge Pinot Grigio best expresses its character when served at a temperature of 6-8 °C.
