Sauvignon DOC Friuli - Società Agricola Cisorio SS

The Sauvignon DOC Friuli from Società Agricola Cisorio SS is a wine that embodies the essence of the Friulian territory. With its light straw yellow color and greenish reflections, this wine is elegant on the nose, with delicate aromas reminiscent of exotic fruit and citrus fruits. On the palate, it is well balanced, with a mineral and acidic taste that leaves the palate fresh and dry.

Our company, located in the heart of Friuli Venezia Giulia , follows artisanal and sustainable production methods. Winemaking involves soft pressing of the grapes and fermentation at a controlled temperature of 18°C. The wine matures in stainless steel tanks on the noble lees for approximately 6 months and refines in the bottle for a further 2 months, guaranteeing a superior quality product.

Perfect as an aperitif, Sauvignon pairs beautifully with raw ham and fish starters, as well as vegetable soups and risottos. With an alcohol content of 12.5%, it is recommended to serve it at a temperature of 10-12°C.
