In a figurative sense, Gubana means luck; the reason is simple, such an abundance of ingredients for the filling make it a sweet rich in aroma and flavor, typical of the Natisone Valleys. Identical to Gubana in ingredients, Cuor di Gubana differs in shape, weight and packaging.

1 x Refosco 2020 - De Claricini

Among the Refoscos, the most cultivated in Friuli is the Refosco dal peduncolo rosso.
Genetically close to Primitivo, Terrano and Corvina Veronese which is used for Amarone.
It is a wine with an important structure. Its characteristics are an intense ruby color with violet reflections tending to garnet with aging. Aromas of wild blackberry and dried plum and a herbaceous scent that is never unpleasant.

2 x Foran Beer 33cl - Foran Brewery

A golden-colored lager beer with a flavor reminiscent of cereals, it tends to be slightly bitter, very refreshing and moderately alcoholic.
Also pleasant with not too sweet desserts.

The milk used in production must come from breeders located in mountain municipalities above 500 metres above sea level.
Montasio DOP Mezzano should be enjoyed with red, dry, young wine with fruity and floral aromas such as Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon.
