Latteria D'Aviano Refined Red Cheese - A Friulian Excellence

Latteria Daviano Affinato Rosso cheese comes from a unique artisan tradition in the heart of Friuli Venezia Giulia. After six months of maturing, the cheese is immersed in a blend of Cabernet and Merlot red berry pomace, left to rest for a few weeks. This refinement gives the cheese a purple color and fruity aromas that penetrate the cheese.

Product Features

Latteria D'aviano Affinato Rosso cheese has a cooked lactic smell, with fruity notes of grapes. The paste is compact with irregular holes, of a variable straw yellow colour. On the palate, it offers a balanced flavor with low sweetness and acidity, medium saltiness and low bitterness.
