Enigma: the art of dark beer with a Friulian artisanal heart

Enigma is a dark, top-fermented beer , characterized by an intense roasted flavor and a persistent foam. Each sip reveals a harmonious combination of notes of coffee, chocolate and licorice , enhanced by the roasting process of the malts at high temperatures.

Dark in color and with a dry and crisp taste, Enigma stands out for its complex and velvety profile, which varies according to the cereals used. The contribution of hops is limited, with the bitterness that comes mainly from the roasting of the cereals, giving a drink with a strong and enveloping character.

Enigma is the result of a passion for brewing traditions and the excellence of the territory. Each bottle is a tribute to the regional beer culture.

Perfect to accompany structured dishes such as red meats, roasts or mature cheeses. Also ideal with chocolate-based desserts, Enigma is best enjoyed at a serving temperature between 8 and 10°C.

Store away from heat sources and direct light, at a room temperature not exceeding 35°C. Shelf life of 18 months from the bottling date.
