The stone-ground corn flour from the Buosi Ettore Farm is the result of an agricultural tradition that has been handed down for generations in the heart of Friuli Venezia Giulia. This flour is produced exclusively with semi-vitreous yellow corn and vitreous red pignoletto, carefully selected manually and hand-picked to ensure the highest quality. The corn is dried naturally in gabions until it reaches the right humidity, at which point it is shelled and ground using the ancient stone-grinding technique, which preserves all the beneficial properties of the grains intact.

Stone grinding gives this flour a rich and complete nutritional profile, maintaining the vitamins, mineral salts, fibers and enzymes that are often lost in industrial processes. The result is a corn flour that gives life to an easily digestible, nutritious and authentic-flavored polenta, as required by Friulian tradition.

The Buosi Ettore Farm stands out for its commitment to sustainability, using renewable energy in the production process and maintaining a strong bond with the Friuli Venezia Giulia region. Each package of this flour tells a story of passion for the land and respect for ancient agricultural techniques that enhance local products.

Ideal for preparing traditional polenta, stone-ground corn flour can also be used in creative recipes that enhance the genuine flavours of Friuli Venezia Giulia.
