This cheese is obtained by mixing mature and fresh cheeses, ground together with the addition of pasteurized cream and natural flavourings, creating a perfect balance between sweetness and spicy notes .

This version of the classic formadi frant is enriched with kren (fresh horseradish root) with a slightly spicy flavour.
