Sweet parcels with an intense flavor given by walnuts, hazelnuts, pine nuts and raisins mixed with the right amount of liqueur. Fried as the original recipe calls for, they are a delicious break for anyone who tastes them.

The history of the Cedarmas company began way back in 1925 when the great-grandfather, in his village bakery, baked gubane to order. His example was then followed by other gubanifici that arose in the Natisone Valleys at the end of the 1960s.

The family recipe , handed down for four generations, has as its cornerstones the attention and care in the choice of ingredients, in the certified traceability supply chain, fresh eggs from free-range farms in Friuli and the hand-execution of all phases of the production process, from rolling out the dough with a rolling pin to the final wrapping.

For us, all this constitutes an integral and fundamental part of the recipe handed down to us, to guarantee respect for the ancient tradition and to offer our customers a product of genuine quality.

Free from colorants and preservatives, they are genuine and unique in their goodness.

We recommend consuming it with local sweet wines such as Verduzzo or Ramandolo.

Before consumption, it is recommended to keep the product in a heated environment for a couple of hours.

Wheat flour (pure stone ground: blend of 100% ITALIAN soft wheat, GMO free, grown with integrated agriculture systems traced from the field to the mill, free from mycotoxins, disinfectants and colorants) - sugar - butter (contains milk) - whole UHT milk - fresh eggs - dried fruit (sultanas, hazelnuts, walnuts, pine nuts) - biscuits (contains wheat and milk) - water - brewer's yeast - skimmed milk powder - amaretto liqueur - marsala cream - Caribbean nectar rum - Friulian grappa - orange peel cubes - honey - salt - cocoa - flavourings. Fried in high oleic sunflower oil.
