Our artisanal jams are a concentration of flavor and health, produced with fresh fruit of the highest quality harvested in the heart of Friuli Venezia Giulia . Each jar tells a story of tradition, sustainability and respect for the territory.

Apricot Jam: Sweet and rich in vitamins, apricots give this jam a soft consistency and an intense flavor. Ideal to accompany fresh cheeses or to spread on warm bread for an energizing breakfast.

Plum Jam: Characterized by a perfect balance between sweetness and acidity, this jam is a real delight for the palate. Perfect for enriching sweets and desserts, it gives a refined touch to your culinary creations.

Innovative production method: Thanks to our laboratory located in the farmhouse, we use an innovative vacuum cooking and sterilization system. This process, which takes place at only 60°C, preserves the organoleptic characteristics, color and aroma of the fruit, guaranteeing a product of the highest quality.
