Made in the heart of Friuli Venezia Giulia , the peach and plum jams of L'Acero Rosso contain all the goodness of fresh fruit processed with artisanal care. An explosion of genuine flavors and tradition for your table.

Peach Jam: Ripe, juicy peaches transform into a sweet harmony that combines the fruit's natural sugariness with a light acidic note. Perfect for sophisticated breakfasts or gourmet pairings.

Plum Jam: With its enveloping flavor and velvety texture, this jam adds a sophisticated touch to desserts, cheeses or simply a slice of warm bread.

Innovative production method: In our laboratory we use a vacuum cooking and sterilization system at just 60°C , preserving the organoleptic properties, vivid colors and natural aromas of the fruit intact.
