Gustochef's Radicchio and Sausage Risotto is a ready dish that celebrates the authentic flavors of Friuli Venezia Giulia . Prepared with rice, red radicchio, local sausage and red wine, this risotto with a strong flavor is cooked in the traditional way. The combination of genuine ingredients and artisanal preparation techniques guarantees an exceptional culinary experience.

After cooking, the risotto is quickly cooled, packaged in a vacuum tray and treated with HPP (High Pressure Processing). This process keeps the taste and quality of the risotto unchanged, as if it were just made. To heat it, you can use the microwave, but for an even better result we recommend heating it in a pan with the addition of a knob of butter for a final quick creaming.

DISCOVERY METHOD

• in the microwave (1-3 minutes at 700W) - Place the tray in the oven without removing the top film. The film may swell, this is a sign that the product has been heated sufficiently. Wait for the tray to return to its original shape and remove the film, paying attention to the release of residual steam which could cause burns.
• in a traditional oven (5-10 minutes at 170°) - remove the product from the tray and transfer it to the baking tray
• cooking in a bain-marie (10-15 minutes in hot water) - immerse the intact tray
• pan cooking (10-15 minutes on medium heat) - remove the product from the tray and transfer it to the pan
