Cotechino - Del Ben selection

Cotechino Del Ben Selezione is a typical sausage from Northern Italy , prepared with meat and pork rind. This product, a symbol of the Christmas holidays, is made with selected meat from Italian pigs in the province of Pordenone, in the heart of Friuli Venezia Giulia . With a tasty flavor and coarsely ground texture, Del Ben cotechino pairs perfectly with mashed potatoes, horseradish and lentils, becoming a symbol of good omen for the new year.

Del Ben Selezione represents the tradition and artisanal quality of Friuli Venezia Giulia. Each cotechino is prepared with passion, using traditional techniques that enhance the authentic flavor of the meat. This product is ideal to enjoy during the holidays, accompanied by a good not too structured red wine.

Cotechino Del Ben is dried for at least 24 hours, stuffed into natural casings and tied by hand with string, keeping the artisan tradition intact. For optimal preparation, immerse the cotechino in boiling water for at least 3 hours.
