This exclusive product is the result of the experience of the Dentesano family, who have handed down the meat processing and smoking techniques for generations.

The ham nut is carefully tied and sewn by hand , then wrapped in a bread crust and baked. This traditional method allows the meat to remain soft and maintain all the aromas that distinguish its goodness. The bread helps to give the ham an intense aroma and a light smoky note.

Preparation method:
We recommend heating the ham in the oven at 120°C until it reaches a core temperature of 65°C, then free it from the bread crust, cut it and serve it hot. It can be accompanied by mustards or grilled vegetables for a unique culinary experience.
