The Lightly Smoked Filone D'Osvaldo is a true artisanal specialty from Friuli Venezia Giulia . This excellent product is obtained by cutting the loin of selected pigs, raised locally. Tradition and care in processing make Filone a one-of-a-kind cured meat.

Each loaf is salted by hand, delicately spiced and smoked with cherry and laurel wood, giving an unmistakable aroma and a slightly smoky flavor that enhances the qualities of the meat. After smoking, the product is naturally matured for a minimum of 6 months, achieving a perfect consistency and balanced taste.

Meat Origin: Pigs raised in Friuli Venezia Giulia.
