How to use to prepare polenta:

Ingredients:

500 g of instant corn flour
2 liters of water
Salt to taste

Method:

Preparing the water: Bring 2 liters of water to a boil in a large pot. Add a pinch of salt.
Adding the flour: Pour the instant corn flour into the boiling water, stirring constantly with a whisk to avoid the formation of lumps.
Cooking: Continue stirring for about 8-10 minutes, or until the polenta reaches a creamy consistency and comes away from the sides of the pan.
Service: Once ready, you can serve the hot polenta as a side dish to meat, cheese or vegetable dishes. Alternatively, you can let it cool on a plate, cut it into slices and grill it.
