Polenta like you've never tasted it before. Quick to prepare and delicious. With some particular additions and the consistency and delicate flavor of polenta, it will make each of your dishes tempting to the eyes and the palate. Suitable as an appetizer, but also as a side dish for juicy meats. Ready in 8 minutes.


INGREDIENTS: Pre-cooked corn flour 94% (Origin: Italy), speck 2% (pork leg, salt, dextrose, natural flavourings, E250, E251), dehydrated porcini mushrooms 2% (Boletus Edulis and group), salt in variable portions (1 part flour to 4 parts water).

Allergens processed in the factory: CEREALS CONTAINING GLUTEN, NUTS, SESAME, CELERY.

PREPARATION FOR 3/4 PEOPLE: Boil 1L of salted water, slowly pour in the preparation. Cook for approximately 6-8 minutes, stirring to avoid the formation of lumps. At the end of cooking, add a knob of butter and serve.
