Tissi White Polenta is made from a special variety of corn, Bianco Perla , grown in the Friuli Venezia Giulia region.

This white polenta flour has a delicate flavour and velvety consistency that make it an ideal accompaniment to meat dishes or an excellent base for tasty aperitifs.

How to prepare polenta: Bring 0.5 l of water to the boil. Add 100g of polenta (serves 2) and stir. Leave to cook for about 6-8 minutes. The polenta is ready! It is also excellent if reheated in a pan with some good olive oil.
