Tissi Yellow Polenta is an excellence of the Friulian tradition, produced by hand using the classic yellow corn for Friulian polenta. This simple and genuine product is ideal as a side dish for tasty dishes such as goulash, game meat or the typical Friulian frico.
It lends itself to creating tasty appetizers, just grill a few slices and serve them instead of bread to accompany a platter of cold cuts .
Yellow polenta is a ready-made product, just heat it up. It is sold in a convenient loaf that is easy to slice; you just need to cut slices a few centimeters thick, and then heat them for a few minutes in a pan.
SHELF LIFE (TMC): 150 days. Valid for product stored at room temperature, in its intact packaging.
Once opened, store in the refrigerator and consume within 2 days.
