Cincuante De Claricini

Cincuante (Fifty in Friulian) is a special red wine produced in a limited edition to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Fondazione de Claricini Dornpacher, with only 700 hand-numbered bottles . This red wine is a tribute to Dante Alighieri , an important figure in the history of the Villa and the de Claricini family, on the 700th anniversary of his death.

Deep scarlet red in colour, Cincuante offers a broad, long and important flavour. The scent is fruity, with hints of vanilla and red fruits. The grapes, Refosco dal peduncolo rosso and Schioppettino, are harvested manually and lightly dried.

De Claricini wines, produced with passion in Friuli Venezia Giulia, are the fruit of a long tradition and a strong bond with the territory. Each bottle reflects the commitment to quality and craftsmanship.

Perfect in combination with game, red meats, roasts and medium and long-aged cheeses. Maceration takes place in stainless steel tanks, followed by maturation in French oak barrels for 12 months.

Grapes : Refosco dal peduncolo rosso, Schioppettino.

Vinification : Natural drying, maceration in stainless steel tanks for 10 days at 26-28°C, maturation in 225 liter French oak barrels for 12 months.
