Pinot Nero - Isola Augusta

Pinot Nero Isola Augusta is a refined wine that expresses the excellence of Friuli Venezia Giulia . Produced by the Azienda Agricola Isola Augusta , which has been passionately tending its vineyards for generations, this Pinot Nero is the fruit of sustainable and artisanal viticulture.

The sandy-clayey soil of the area and the favorable microclimate contribute to creating a wine of great elegance . After a manual harvest, the grapes undergo a delicate vinification with fermentation at a controlled temperature to preserve the aromas and character of the vine.

With a light ruby red color, it presents intense aromas of red fruits such as wild strawberries, accompanied by light notes of chocolate that develop during the refinement in the bottle. On the palate, the wine is dry, soft and well-balanced , with a pleasant persistence.
