Katia Toti's Schioppettino DOC is one of the most authentic expressions of Friuli Venezia Giulia . This native wine, also known as Ribolla Nera , embodies centuries of Friulian winemaking tradition. Its history is rooted in a rich and generous territory, capable of giving a unique character to every glass.

At sight it presents itself with an intense ruby red . The bouquet is enveloping and complex, with intense aromas of ripe fruit and jam: cherry, black cherry, raspberry and blackberry intertwine with elegant spicy hints of black pepper . On the palate it is full and full-bodied , characterized by a balanced flavor and a soft and well-integrated tannin, which gives a long and persistent finish.
