Bajta Sales' Karst pork salami is produced with fine meat and noble cuts.

The pigs are raised outdoors in the heights of the Trieste Karst, guaranteeing quality and authentic flavour. This salami, the result of artisanal tradition, is made without gluten and milk derivatives, respecting the traditional methods handed down over time.

The slice of Bajta Sales Salami comes with large pieces of meat and lard, dark red in colour. The aroma is typical of seasoned meat with delicate hints of spices. On the palate it is soft and tasty, offering a unique sensory experience. The mixed pork meat and noble lard are minced, tanned, bagged and matured in natural rooms at a depth of 10 meters for approximately three months, without the addition of starter molds.

Ideal for enriching cold cuts, appetizers or to be enjoyed alone. Perfect in combination with full-bodied red wines, mature cheeses and homemade bread, it enhances any culinary experience with its authentic and genuine flavour.

Storage and use: Store in a cool, dry place. After opening, consume within a few days to best appreciate the flavor.
