In the Del Ben family, in grandfather Modesto's country house, there was once the custom of 'copar el porzel' , that is, to slaughter the pig at home and obtain meat and cured meats for the family, relatives and friends. From this beautiful tradition was born the idea of creating a salami that recalled the ancient home recipe.

The Del Ben selection salami with garlic stands out for the selection of strictly Italian meats , the coarse grinding and the natural casing. The absence of additional preservatives makes this salami a true artisanal product with the authentic flavor of tradition. Each piece is stuffed into natural casing and tied by hand with string, keeping the tradition and quality of Friuli Venezia Giulia alive.

The flavor of the salami is enriched by the addition of garlic, which gives a strong and unmistakable aromatic note. Perfect for enriching your tables, this salami is ideal when paired with mature cheeses or a good glass of Friulian wine.
