Slightly spicy cream made at the end of summer with typical hot season vegetables such as datterini tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, aubergines, red onion, chilli pepper, basil and black olives.

The strong nocturnal temperature variations and the high intensity of solar radiation typical of mountain climates give the vegetables grown in our company located in Malborghetto, in Valcanale (UD), intense aromas and flavors of the company vegetables, which are transferred into our culinary preparations.

Why is it special?

All vegetables are harvested at the right stage of ripeness during the summer months, directly from the plant. They are processed with a unique and original recipe, of an artisanal nature, respecting the cooking times of each vegetable, in order to preserve their organoleptic characteristics as much as possible.

The cream is slightly spicy, thanks to the addition of finely ground fresh chili pepper. The basil, also sourced from the company, gives an aromatic note to the cream, which is maintained and perceived even when the jar is opened. The combination of cherry tomatoes, aubergines and red onion gives rise to a product with a typical Mediterranean flavour.

Ingredients: ORGANIC cherry tomatoes 39%, ORGANIC aubergines 28%, ORGANIC extra virgin olive oil, ORGANIC red onion, ORGANIC black olives, sea salt, ORGANIC basil, ORGANIC chilli pepper 0.4%.

Storage and usage advice

Storage method: Store the product in a cool, dry place away from heat sources. Once the jar has been opened, store in the refrigerator, taking care to clean the inside edge of the jar and top up with oil. Consume within a few days of opening. The expiry date is indicated on the packaging.

How to use the product: Ideal cream for seasoning a pasta or a dish of gnocchi, but also as an accompaniment to grilled meats, or simply spread on a bruschetta. It is also served as a sauce to pair with a good burrata.
