The ragù is produced by Invasi dal Gusto, a company located in Brugnera, which enhances Friulian culinary traditions. Alessio Brusadin, the producer, uses only selected cuts of wild deer , processed using artisanal methods to guarantee an authentic and unmistakable flavour.
