" Vienna" is a Smoked Gastronomic Sausage of clear Central European tradition, a typical product of the Julian region of Friuli, a symbolic dish of Trieste and the Friulian Karst areas.

These frankfurters are made with selected lean pork and beef meats , they are lightly smoked naturally with beech wood and juniper berries.

The Vienna frankfurter is a high quality artisanal product, obtained following a traditional recipe. The mixture, ground coarsely, is stuffed into edible natural casing, giving the product a medium grain and a delicate flavour. This type of sausage is typical of Central European culture and can be served hot, grilled or boiled.

Dentesano, a historic company located in Percoto UD, has been producing high quality cured meats since 1954, keeping the artisanal traditions of the region alive.

SERVICE AND CONSUMPTION METHODS:

Being already treated with a complete cooking cycle, this product only needs to be heated.
To heat the product, simply bring the water to the boil, turn off the heat, and immerse the Viennas without packaging for about 5 minutes.
Serve the product hot accompanied by freshly grated horseradish, mustard and cooked sauerkraut.
