Sopressa con Filetto is produced with 100% Italian pork, minced to medium grain and stuffed into natural casings. The maturation of at least 60 days guarantees a soft consistency and a strong flavour, enhanced by the simplicity of the ingredients: salt and pepper.

Produced in Friuli Venezia Giulia , this sopressa reflects the tradition and craftsmanship of the Del Ben family. Each product is made following artisanal methods handed down from generation to generation, guaranteeing quality and authenticity.
