Lightly Smoked Speck from Osvaldo

The Lightly Smoked Speck D'Osvaldo is an artisanal delicacy from Friuli Venezia Giulia, made with care and dedication. This speck comes from fresh boned legs of selected pigs , raised locally. The legs are salted and massaged by hand, delicately spiced and smoked with cherry and laurel wood, and then naturally seasoned for at least 6 months.

The light smoking technique gives the speck a delicately smoky flavor and a perfect texture. Each slice tells the story of an ancient culinary tradition, handed down from generation to generation.

Produced with passion by the master butchers of D'Osvaldo, speck represents the excellence of Friulian artisanal production . Perfect to enjoy alone, with fresh bread, or as an ingredient in numerous gourmet recipes.
