Bruma Bianco by Blason Wines is a refined white wine.

This wine stands out for its complex and fascinating “bouquet”, with floral and fruity notes, embellished with spicy and vanilla nuances. Made with a blend of Malvasia Istriana (70%) and Tocai Friulano (30%), the wine reveals a perfect balance between freshness and structure . It is the ideal companion for raw seafood dishes, first courses with mushrooms and truffles, boiled meat and blue cheeses.

Produced on calcareous and pebbly soils, with manual harvest in mid-September, Bruma Bianco is aged in wood for 12 months , with frequent batonnage which enriches the wine with body and complexity .
