El Cit Anniversario di Valchiarò Vini is a sparkling wine made from pinot grigio grapes from the Pradis area.
It can be considered as an accompaniment to any meal , but goes particularly well with fish-based dishes .

The El Cit Anniversario sparkling wine was designed as a celebratory wine for the twentieth anniversary of the foundation of the Valchiarò company .
It is obtained only from Pinot Grigio grapes harvested in the Pradis area ,
With a pale straw yellow color and floral aromas , it is dry and balanced in the mouth.
This sparkling wine can be considered throughout the meal, but goes very well with fish-based dishes.
The winemaking technique involves soft destemming, cleaning of the must by decantation, start of fermentation with selected yeasts (fermentation temperature 18°C), long charmat processing (90 days).
The optimal serving temperature is 6-8°C.
The product contains sulphites.
