Roselli della Rovere ’s Malvasia DOC Friuli 2022 embodies the lively character of Friuli Venezia Giulia . Hand-picked in mid-September, this Istrian Malvasia, from young vines planted in 2019, stands out for its intense yellow color and rich aromas of yellow flowers and dried apricot . On the palate, it is balanced, with citrus notes and a lively finish. Vinified in the traditional way, this Malvasia rests on the lees for six months, making it perfect with omelettes, cheeses and light cured meats.
