Malvasia - Isola Augusta

Malvasia Isola Augusta is a fine white wine, carefully produced by the Isola Augusta Agricultural Company , located in the heart of Bassa Friulana in Friuli Venezia Giulia .

The vineyards are cultivated on sandy-clayey soils, ideal for enhancing the aromatic qualities of this native vine. Manual harvesting and controlled vinification allow the natural aromas of the wine to be kept intact, which has an elegant straw yellow color and greenish reflections.

On the nose, the wine offers a complex bouquet of sage, bay leaves and balsamic notes of resin, which harmonize with the dry, aromatic and well-structured flavor. On the palate, Malvasia Isola Augusta stands out for its full body and freshness that makes it ideal for light appetizers, first courses based on fish and shellfish, or as a refined aperitif.
