This white wine produced with pure Sauvignon grapes represents the authentic expression of the territory of Clauiano, a small village known for its alluvial soils that give the wine a unique complexity.

The 2022 Sauvignon stands out for its straw yellow color with green-gold hues, which immediately catches the eye. On the nose, its intense and enveloping aroma offers a journey through vegetal and fruity notes, with clear recognition of box hedge, grapefruit, tomato leaf and white-fleshed fruit. On the palate, this wine surprises with its freshness and flavor, with an elegant structure that makes it persistent and satisfying.

The vines from which this Sauvignon is born are grown with the traditional double arched method, with a planting density of 3800 vines per hectare, guaranteeing a high quality production. The vinification takes place in oxygen reduction, with a soft pressing of the grapes and fermentation at a controlled temperature, followed by maturation in steel with batonnage on the yeasts for 3-4 months, which gives the wine a creamy consistency and a refined aromatic profile.
