In the mouth Nexus stands out for hints of yellow fruit and for its characteristic softness and its ideal pairing is with smoked ham , fish starters or risottos .

Nexus for Valchiarò Vini means the union of vineyards located in places with different micro-climates and subsoils , with vines that are between 35 and 72 years old .
These vineyards produce a limited quantity of grapes , which allows the vines to concentrate all their strength on the few bunches produced, which thus reach a better level of ripeness .
The grapes are vinified and fermented solely in stainless steel.
