Blason Wines Ribolla Gialla is an authentic expression of Friuli, with an aromatic profile that recalls the local apple and delicate chestnut blossom. On the palate it is elegant and persistent, with a pleasant savouriness given by the calcareous and pebbly soils. After a traditional maceration on the skins, the wine is aged in steel tanks, maintaining its characteristics intact until spring.

Ideal to accompany fresh cheeses, fish-based dishes or delicate risottos.

Soil : calcareous, pebbly, rich in iron oxides

Harvest time : early September

Harvesting method : mechanical

Vinification : traditional for 24 hours on the skins at room temperature

Refinement : takes place in steel tanks in controlled reduction until the following spring. Once in the bottle it rests for about 2 months
