Sauvignon - Valchiarò Wines

Among the vines of French origin transplanted in Friuli, Sauvignon is among those that have found the greatest favor, first among winemakers and, since the 1990s, also among consumers.
It owes its success to the exuberant peculiarity of the intense aroma in which yellow pepper and exotic fruit predominate.
Even in the mouth, recognition is immediate, due to the marked typicality of its flavours.
Sauvignon della Valchiarò is born in vineyards where the temperature range between day and night is particularly strong, which helps to further enhance the aromatic scents of the wine.
It can be drunk as an aperitif or accompanied with appetizers, shellfish, vegetable dishes (asparagus in particular), important fish dishes.
It should be served at a temperature of 12°C.

From its birth in 1991 until its evolution in the new headquarters in Togliano, Valchiarò has seen a constant growth in the range and above all in the quality of the product.
This has allowed the achievement of prestigious awards from the most important Guides and a rapid introduction of the wines into the Italian and international markets.
In 2006 the new cellar was inaugurated, a modern and large structure located in a wonderful natural context.
The next objective is to significantly increase production while respecting the quality standards achieved through new vineyards which will soon begin to bear fruit.
