Sauvignon Vendrame Vignis del Doge is a wine that tells the story and passion for viticulture of Friuli Venezia Giulia. With its fine bouquet of tropical fruits such as kiwi and melon, and a light acidity accompanied by a beautiful minerality, this wine is a true sensory experience.

Produced with artisanal care from the Passariano vineyards, planted for the first time in the early 1900s, the current plants are approximately 15 years old and derive from original vines from 1925. The training system applied is the Double Guyot, with a cultivation density of approximately 4,700 vines per hectare and a yield of approximately 90 quintals/ha.

Ideal with European sea bass dishes, grilled calamari, lobster and fresh vegetable salads, Sauvignon Vendrame Vignis del Doge is preferably served at a temperature of 6-8 °C. Every sip is an invitation to discover the tradition and quality of our territory.
