Pancetta is a cured cured meat highly appreciated for its delicacy, it is obtained from the ventral part of the pig with fat and muscle. The meat is trimmed and then flavored with salt, pepper and other spices. There are two types of bacon: rolled bacon and stretched bacon which takes the anatomical shape of the belly muscle.

Both are perfect for a charcuterie board or as an ingredient in the kitchen for fillings and fillings. The stretched bacon is perfect for wrapping skewers , meat rolls or morsels.
