Collina Molinaro's whole rolled bacon is an authentic delight of the culinary tradition of Friuli Venezia Giulia. This bacon is obtained from the belly part of the pig, carefully trimmed and flavored with salt, pepper and garlic, to best bring out the natural flavors of the meat. Rolled up and tied with the fatty part facing outwards, the bacon remains soft and tasty, ready to conquer the most demanding palates.

The artisanal workmanship guarantees a product of the highest quality, respecting the traditional techniques handed down from generation to generation. Once unpackaged, we recommend drying the bacon with a paper towel, removing part of the rind and placing it on the slicer with the fat facing up to obtain perfect slices.
