Selected from the best legs of fresh pigs weighing over 110 kg, Nonno Angelo ham is scrupulously boned, flavoured, sewn and tied by hand. After approximately 18 hours of massage, the thigh undergoes prolonged cooking in artisanal ovens and is lightly smoked with essences of beech wood and juniper berries, releasing an unforgettable smell and aroma.
