Very coarsely ground glassy yellow corn flour. For a tasty, golden and consistent yellow polenta.

Tips for use

Bring about 2 L of water to the boil in a pan, possibly a copper pot, leaving at least 3-4 cm from the edge and add 20-25 g of coarse salt. Keeping the heat high, gently pour in the flour (about 500g) mixing it with a whisk. Continue pouring the flour until the desired consistency is reached (it should be considered that the coarser the flour is ground, the more water it will absorb during cooking). Cook for 40-50 minutes in the pan with a stirrer or stirring often, possibly with a wooden ladle.
