The Buosi Ettore farm passionately cultivates ancient varieties of corn to produce the renowned “ Farina giâla di Fana ”. This prized product is obtained from semi-vitreous yellow corn and vitreous red pignoletto, hand-picked , cob after cob, and left to dry slowly in traditional gabions. When the corn reaches the right humidity, it is carefully ground to preserve all its organoleptic characteristics.

“Farina giâla di Fana” stands out for its intense yellow color and its grainy consistency, which give it an authentic flavor and an inviting aroma. Ideal for preparing rustic Friulian polenta , this flour is perfect for accompanying meats, sauces and cheeses, enhancing the flavors of typical Friulian dishes.
