This flour, obtained from semi-vitreous yellow corn and vitreous red pignoletto, is the result of a careful manual selection of the cobs , which are dried in traditional gabions. When the corn reaches the perfect humidity, it is ground, leaving 10% more bran than other flours, to preserve all the nutritional properties and the authentic flavor of the grain.

“Full Wheat Flour” has a characteristic yellow color and a grainy consistency that releases an unmistakable aroma and flavor . It is ideal for preparing the classic Friulian polenta that accompanies robust and tasty dishes, perfect for accompanying succulent meats and rich sauces , enhancing the traditional notes of Friulian cuisine.
