Persut Taron Whole - The Molinaros


Persut taront is obtained by cutting the ham, obtaining the breech which is free of bow, shank and femur bone. The fine cut is covered on one side by the rind and on the other side by the stucco composed of rice flour and suet. The long maturation enhances the taste and the soft and tasty flavour.

Once unpackaged, dry with a paper towel, remove part of the rind and place the product on the slicer with the fat facing upwards.
