Handcrafted in Friuli-Venezia Giulia, Tissi short pasta is synonymous with taste and quality. Produced according to traditional methods, handed down from generation to generation, just a few minutes of cooking are enough to bring a true representative of Friulian culinary art to the table. Have fun with particular recipes, trying all the available shapes of Tissi short pasta: rigatoni, penne, gigli, strozzapreti, fusilli and finally filini, excellent for broths and soups. COOKING: 4/5 minutes in boiling water.

ALLERGENS: cereals containing gluten (i.e. wheat, rye, barley, oats, spelt, kamut or their hybridized strains) and derived products, eggs and egg products.

TREATMENT METHODS
Pasta produced from a mixture of flour and eggs, drawn and placed on frames.
The drying process is carried out between 35 and 45°C for a period of 36-48 hours.
The packaging is carried out in a transparent plastic film bag, labeled with the TISSI brand.

STORAGE CONDITIONS: product to be stored in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources and sunlight.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: place the product in salted water at 100°C, taking care to handle the pasta only after it has softened. Respect the cooking time indicated on the package. If desired, finish cooking in a pan with a generously liquid sauce.
