Levi's Tortellini with raw ham are also unique in their cooking: to enhance them, do not boil them in water or broth, but melt 30 g of butter in a pan and add a few sage leaves. When it begins to fry, pour in the tortellini, brown them for a few seconds, add half a glass of hot water, let it evaporate by pan-frying for two/three minutes and serve. A tasty alternative is to fry them in extra virgin olive oil, then serve in straw paper cones paired with a nice glass of brut sparkling wine: they will be an alternative and tasty aperitif!
