Organic sweet and sour vegetable appetizer - 2 jars - Faleschini

The organic sweet and sour vegetable appetizer from the Faleschini farm is prepared with fresh vegetables harvested at the end of the autumn season in the mountain lands. Green tomatoes, peppers, collard greens and onions are finely sliced and seared in a sweet and sour blend of wine vinegar, brown sugar and sea salt, then packed in extra virgin olive oil to preserve flavor and crunch.

This appetizer maintains the natural crunchiness of the vegetables and the intense flavor of each vegetable, thanks to delicate blanching. The appearance is inviting, with visible vegetables and bright colors.

The Faleschini farm, located in Malborghetto at 700 meters above sea level, grows vegetables using certified organic methods. Harvesting and processing take place on the same day to guarantee freshness and quality.

Ideal as an appetizer with cured meats and cheeses, boiled meats and pork . Also perfect on a slice of homemade bread to best enjoy the flavor of the vegetables.

Storage method: Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, place in the fridge and consume quickly. The expiry date is shown on the packaging.

How to use the product: Ideal as an appetizer accompanied by cured meats and cheeses, boiled meats and pork. It can simply be used as is, on a slice of homemade bread, to best savor the flavor of the vegetables used.
