Sweet and spicy organic homemade cream of chilli pepper and lemon peel. The product is prepared with fresh chilli from the company, harvested when fully ripe at the end of summer.

During cooking, brown sugar, juice and lemon peel are added. Everything is gelled using apple pectin.

Storage and usage advice

Storage method: Store in a cool, dry place. Once the jar has been opened, store in the refrigerator, taking care to clean the inside edge. The expiry date is shown on the packaging.

How to use the product: This organic spicy and sweet chili pepper cream pairs perfectly with fresh cheeses, even soft cheeses, and sheep's and goat's milk caciotte. Excellent as an accompanying sauce for "spring rolls".
