Gustochef's Beef in Sweet Paprika with Potatoes is a refined interpretation of the classic goulash , a traditional dish of Central European cuisine. Made with selected cuts of beef from Italian farms, this dish is handmade and cooked in a braising pan at low temperature for over 4 hours. The addition of herbs and red wine enriches the flavour, while the use of sweet paprika makes the dish more delicate and appreciated by a wider audience.

This beef in paprika is accompanied by baked potatoes , which complete the dish with a crunchy and tasty note. Slow cooking at a low temperature guarantees tender and succulent meat, which melts in the mouth, keeping the authentic flavors of the Friulian tradition intact.

DISCOVERY METHOD

  • in the microwave (1-3 minutes at 700W) - Place the tray in the oven without removing the top film. The film may swell, this is a sign that the product has been heated sufficiently. Wait for the tray to return to its original shape and remove the film, paying attention to the release of residual steam which could cause burns.
  • in a traditional oven (5-10 minutes at 170°) - remove the product from the tray and transfer it to the baking tray
  • cooking in a bain-marie (10-15 minutes in hot water) - immerse the intact tray
  • pan cooking (10-15 minutes on medium heat) - remove the product from the tray and transfer it to the pan
